"Each one of us has a little bit of insanity. One who claims the contrary, of not being insane in any other way, is more insane than an insane person."
from a girlfriend’s point of view.
I find it amusing that every time we’d go out to shop or just window shop, my boyfriend kind of incorporates already my vision as to how a guy should dress himself. Gone are the days where he settles for just a t-shirt, pair of pants/shorts then sneakers or slippers! There’s improvement already. Thank God.
There was a time when plimsolls were making a huge comeback (not really a comeback cos it has been forever there, but more of a hype cos of the different styles notable brands have been making), I suggested that he buy a pair and and refrain from sneaker-ish type (e.g. Converse’s Chuck Taylor and Van’s Slip-ons); and also, when I suggested the idea of espadrilles last summer - both of it he was hesitant to try. His first reaction was, “You’re turning your boyfriend into a gay guy.” Of course he said that in funny way, mocking my ideas. That was the last of my unending suggestions. I was afraid I was. But no, metrosexuals are different from homosexuals (no offense to both and I love them all), that’s what i told him.
